1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using ZS999 Game in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3 Account Management

Each player is permitted a single account only. Operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Balances held across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. ZS999 Game will not be held responsible for losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

4 Deposits & Payments

ZS999 Game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 5 ">Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent funds being redirected to unverified accounts. If your original deposit method is unavailable, the support team will assist with an alternative verified method.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity, age and payment details must have been confirmed. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be held pending the outcome of the verification process.

Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically processed within a few hours of approval
• Raast / Bank Transfer: standard interbank processing times apply, usually within one to two business days
• Cards: up to three to five business days depending on your card issuer

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. ZS999 Game does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ZS999 Game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of any derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier — for example, a 20x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus funds or derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions vary and are listed in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim multiple bonuses will have all bonus amounts and associated winnings voided.
• ZS999 Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the point of cancellation will have their situation reviewed on a case by case basis.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or the platform.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the software provider and apply over a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session results will naturally deviate from the stated RTP. A high RTP does not guarantee wins in any individual session.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a round, or any technical error that prevents normal game completion, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. 8 Sports Betting Rules

ZS999 Game offers sports betting on Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — alongside Football, Esports and other major sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted up until the market closing time displayed on the event. Live in-play betting has its own dynamic closing times based on the stage of the event.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the point your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, standard void rules apply. Bets on voided events are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned) unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• For Cricket markets, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are recognised as official outcomes in rain-affected matches where applicable.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per account per day apply and are displayed within the sports betting section of the platform.
• ZS999 Game reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a human or technical error.
• Suspected match manipulation, use of insider information, or suspicious betting patterns may result in bets being voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZS999 Game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity, age or contact information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or platform vulnerabilities to generate artificial winnings
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures (collusion)
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to illegal activity
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party for commercial gain
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion restrictions or other responsible gaming tools
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other platform users

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicious account activity, unusual betting patterns or suspected fraud
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• A request made by the account holder to close their account voluntarily

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by email. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be restored and any withheld funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the support team at the email address in section 15. If you have an active bonus at the time of closure, any unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed. Your real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

12 Limitation of Liability

ZS999 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or completely free of technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, ZS999 Game will not be liable for:
